Butterfly Anklet

I personally liked this product and gifted it to my gf she also liked it so much.

Its really good.

I loved it

I’m very dissatisfied with the product which I have received , I had specifically placed this order for my sister (Grishma ) for Raksha Bandhan .
You had some technical difficulty due to which dispatch was delayed , I was even ready to wait as this was something personalise and this would many my sister happy.

After receiving product the box quality was pathetic it seems like used product was dispatched and there was no name embossed on it . Attach pic for reference
It’s a used product with someone else name on it and seems to be very poor .

I cannot handover this to my sister and this waiting period is not justifiable .

kindly take this product back and return back my money . Going forward it will be very difficult for us ( first time customer ) to trust

Was good but the pair of anklets was entangled along with the free ring, glad it was not broken or damaged due to the entangling. Would suggest some better packaging. Rest feels good both the anklets and the free ring, but only time and usage will test the product, hope it survives for longer.
